R&D Support: Enquiry Defence

This is one of the Claim Support services available to members of The R&D Community
If this is the first enquiry you’re defending, or you’re short on time to handle it, we can step in and take the lead.
We prepare your client to talk to HMRC and draft response documents for your approval. We can also attend video calls with your client and HMRC, helping your client to present their case in the best possible light.
The amount of time spent on enquiry defence can vary – we’d expect to spend at least 10-20 hours, possibly more.
How much does it cost?
The cost will vary depending on the amount of support you need with your enquiry. Once we’ve discussed your requirements, we might be able to offer you a fixed price.
The Claim Support service is charged at £195+VAT per hour. You have to be a member to access the service, and membership starts at £150+VAT per month.
