Contracted Out R&D in the Merged & ERIS Schemes
About the course
Description & Aims
This course is designed to help you understand how the contracted out rules (formerly known as ‘subcontracting rules’) work in the new RDEC and ERIS schemes.
This remains one of the more complex areas of R&D tax relief and understanding how these rules work is vital in determining whether your customer or their contractor should be claiming for contracted out activities.
The course is structured as a series of short videos, with a brief quiz after each one, to test your knowledge.
